To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


Yes, we have a minumum spend of £10 for regular retail users, due to the cost of delivery from our couriers.

Minimum spend for wholesalers is £100 before VAT is added.

We have three main delivery options within the UK (see our delivery page for non UK mainland & international delivery).

  • Express Delivery-Mainland UK Delivery
  • Standard-Mainland UK Delivery
  • Economy-Mainland UK Delivery

Express delivery is a £4.00 and means you will most likely recieve your product the next working day, but it can take up to 3 working days.

Standard delivery is a £1.96 between 3-5 working days.

Economy delivery is a our free delivery option when spend is over £25, it doesn’t add a delivery charge but can take up to 8-10 working days.

Once you’ve placed your order, it gets sent to the SS Healthfoods warehouse where a member of the team will print, pack and check your order. Once the first person has checked, another member of the team will double check it to reduce potential mistakes, it will then be safely packed into a box with filling and sent with one of our couriers. From there, the couriers will contact you (via email or text depending on the courier and your preferences) to advise on your delivery date and or time.

Once you make a purchase on SS Healthfoods, you’ll get a copy of your order details/invoice sent to the e-mail address you submitted when ordering.

If you would like a full, digital version you are able to print this if you registered with us, to print your order details, visit the “my account” section, and next to your order under actions-click print. If you have any problems or queries with printing your order details please e-mail

Here at SS Healthfoods, we’re always looking to extend our range of products in order to give our customers the best possible service. Unfortunatley, we are unable to stock every supplement, so if you would like a product and we do not stock it, please contact us on and we will do our best to try to stock that product for you ( exceptions will be any illegal substances or supplements with illegal ingredients).

When one of our products have become temporarily out of stock, usually due to high demand, we can backorder it for you, however, please be aware that this will ultimately delay your delivery. We would recommend NOT selecting any of the next day delivery services if you are ordering any items on back-order.  In cases where spend is over £50  and express delivery is applicable-your order will still be delayed until the back-ordered product has arrived at the warehouse. Paypal Payments

Payment Methods

On the checkout screen-once you have entered your shipping/delivery details and calculated you delivery cost you will have the option to pay by PayPal. Select this option and this will direct you to login with your PayPal account where you need to proceed with the payment. If you do not have a paypal account you can use PayPal as a guest.

If you do not login or pay as a guest with Paypal at this point-your order will be a “failed transaction” and an automatic email will be sent to the email address you used when ordering to inform you of so. You will need to re-try the payment from the checkout page.

Payment is taken by us immediatley after payment, although it may take up to 3-5 working days to appear on your bank statement. You may see SS Healthfoods in your pending transactions during this time.

We have SSL security which you can see by the lock icon at the beginning of the websites url. We send your payments details securely encrypted through to out payment providers, and only use reputable and trustworthy providers, such as Visa, Mastercard & PayPal, who have their own high level security measures.

Unfortunately due to the sheer amount of orders we recieve and the quick dispatch times, it is not possible to alter the contents of your order one payment has been processed.

If you would like to cancel your order, e-mail as soon as possible or call us on 0191 252 8825. 

If you decide to cancel your order, you will be fully refunded, however, in the event that your products have already left our warehouse with our courier before you have made contact with us, you may lose out on the delivery fee.

If your payment does not process, freezes or simply keeps loading, and you do not recieve an automatic email for a “failed transaction” or an email with your order details/invoice please contact with your order details, so we can check the back-end of our system and resolve the issue.
